I help support many young people through the highs and lows of life.
As a young person, you might be finding that life feels increasingly stressful—whether that’s due to exam pressure, family difficulties, low self-esteem, or a complicated relationship with food and body image. I regularly work with young people facing these challenges, and I’m here to support you.
In my role as a Secondary School Therapist, I have experience helping young people with a wide range of emotional concerns, including anxiety, depression, school refusal, friendship worries, trauma, bereavement and loss, as well as relationship and family difficulties. I also have experience supporting international students who board within a UK boarding school environment.
